Kailu Guan is a designer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in AI-driven consumer beauty, tech-enabled fashion, and live commerce growth, all focused on making technology enjoyable and accessible.
Before Solvia Foundry, Kailu co-founded HelloAva, an AI-powered platform for personalized skincare, partnered with over 80 brands, and secured a major deal with Unilever. Kailu has recently led growth marketing strategies for Popshop Live and introduced PSYTONE to the US marketplace.
Her past roles include positions at IDEO and Uniqlo, as well as founding KG Projects, an augmented reality fashion line featured at events like New York Fashion Week, SXSW, TechCrunch Disrupt, Le Révélateur d’Innovation in Paris, New York Textile Month, NYC Media Lab, and the MIT Media Lab. Kailu's work has been acknowledged by media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Yahoo!, TechCrunch, Cosmopolitan, Cheddar, Vogue Italia, Dezeen, and others. Kailu holds a BFA in Design from Parsons School of Design and has studied at Central Saint Martins.

Before Solvia Foundry, Siqi Mou co-founded HelloAva, an AI-powered platform for personalized skincare. She is a former Bloomberg anchor and also held several positions at Morgan Stanley, PIMCO, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York before starting HelloAva. Siqi was awarded Forbes 30 Under 30 (Consumer Tech) in 2019 and Inc Magazine’s 30 Rising Stars Under 30 in 2018, and has been featured in media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, USNews, Marie Claire, Allure, The Cut, WWD, Fast Company, etc. Siqi held an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and B.A. in Economics from Stanford University where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
Outside of work, Siqi is a music enthusiast and concert pianist. She plays occasionally at the Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Arts Center, Kaufman Music Center, and serves on the Board of New York Youth Symphony, and is a Music Ambassador for Carnegie Hall.
